Hi! I’m Christine and I’m constantly trying to balance fitness with good eats.

After creating a personal food dedicated Instagram account, @christinelikesfood, I’ve decided to take my passion a step further.

Since I was a girl in school, I always took interest in reading and writing. However within the past few years, Ive noticed a significant decrease in the amount that I do. When I couldn’t remember the last time I read a book for my own enjoyment, I knew that it was time to get back in touch with my love for reading and writing.

Starting this blog will provide an outlet for me to have fun with writing while providing insight on fitness and food, both which are important aspects within my life.
